Wahala. Nothing person no go see for this world. The guy above  was caught yesterday morning inside a student classroom at Uyo high school, Uyo, Akwa-Ibom, with packs of weeds and matches and they chained him to a desk at the school's security post.

What kind of punishment is this ?
