ITS a good thing, you stay and "try" to love her/him especially since you've been having sex b4, its a period that helps u realize if there's more to the relationship than just sex, if during this period you can not stand your partner then there's a problem.

There is nothing wrong with that, I have done it several times. It's a thing of the mind, sometimes u might want abstain from S** coz u want to be closer to u'r God.
