Drama As A Mentally Challenged Man Tried Withdrawing Money From An ATM (PHOTO)

There was a mild drama in an undisclosed area in Nigeria when a mentally-deranged young man stormed the ATM point to withdraw cash without a card.  There was a queue at the ATM point as some impatient Nigerians lined up to eagerly withdraw money from their bank accounts and leave. A haggard-looking man suspected to be mentally imbalanced dressed in filthy clothes also joined them in an attempt to withdraw money without due rights and authorization. The ladies and gentlemen on the queue excused him to avoid any tussle with the wrong person. He was pictured fiddling with the machine but failed to withdraw any cash.
