Acting Police Commissioner of Lagos State, Imohimi Edgal has announced, Tagbo Umeike, Caroline Danjuma's late boyfriend and Davido's friend died of SUFFOCATION.

He made the announcement at a briefing this afternoon and said Davido has been reinvited for questioning.

it is called a  constructive manslaughter, ..an act that a person causes a death without intention, but as the result of violating an important safety law or regulation.

if the cops can prove that Tagbo was deliberately locked in the car with access to escape, then charges could be laid on the owner of the car.
if however, Tagbo was too impaired/drunk to easily open the door(which i am inclined to believe) and take some fresh air,...then criminal charges would be too difficult to lay.
all the same, i suspect and expect a civil liability case to be laid against Davido and the group of friends involved in this unfortunate mess
