Ex-Super Eagles Star, Kanu Nwankwo Recovers His '$11,000' Stolen From His Luggage In Russia

Former Super Eagles player, Kanu Nwankwo has recovered the money stolen from his luggage on arrival at the Moscow airport over the weekend.

Kanu told AOIFootball.com that the local police have returned the stolen money.

“Yes it’s true that the money was stolen from me, but I can confirm to you right now that I have my money with me and I’m grateful to the security agencies for helping to recover it back,” He said.

Nwannem,it is not that,they will do anything to protect their image at this time. I will not be surprised if the police paid back from their own pocket. And besides,they must have realized that the person stolen from is a well known international STAR,so the news cannot be swept under the carpet,hence they did all they could to stop it from spreading further.

even tho it's true... At least de are trying to protect their image something a country like Nigeria don't care about
