Buhari Endorses Folashodun Shonubi As The New CBN Deputy Governor

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the nomination of Folashodun Adebisi Shonubi as the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria.



It is, however, subject to Senate confirmation.

This was announced by the president’s Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu,on Friday June 8th.

Shonubi is currently the Managing Director of the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc (NIBSS).
