Agreed. For this to occur, he needs loans, investors, orders in order for him to stand by himself and to start hiring employees to help him and setting up factories and assembly line. The Nigerian government should get involved to assist financially, but private investors should get involved, but a lawyer needs to be on board to protect his interests.
