Well i think u shud tell him but the process in which u tell him wud determine if ur going to loose i dont know wat kind of person his is,but if hes  someone who understand u well which he shud since uv dated for 3 years,just tuk about ur sex issues and the challenges u two are facin from being awy from each other and admitt it isn't has being easy for,tell him uv made some mistakes and u need him to forgive u,u dont know he might even tell u dat he also has made some mistakes,if he loves u,he wud apreciate ur sincerity and know how hard it is to be in a distant relationship,but u shouldn't expect him to take it well at first but give the patience u tink he deserved.
