Alright, let me answer ur questions, as a guy. It's true lots of guys lie alot, but that doesn't mean ALL of them! I say this because i am not one(i'm not bragging, that's my disposition to life). But i know some very effective ways of knowing a liar, whether a male or female.
These tips below will educate u:

1.He doesn't keep his word.
2.He hides facts from u whenever u seek them from him about something crucial in ur relationship.
3.His words aren't consistent. He says one thing today and tomorrow, says another.
4.When u eventually catch him lying, he tells u it doesn't matter.
5.U are never sure of his words whenever he says something because u can't really tell if he's saying the truth.

I hope u can be sure to clearly tell a liar with these tips above, if u master them.
