My phone rang last night and I picked, the number was hidden and before I could ask who was on the line, she asked me if I was so and so. I confirmed in the affirmative. Then she started her sad story of how she has been unlucky with men and how she now has three options left to her (none of them good, I THINK). She is in her late 30s, almost 40 now.
Option 1, Should she marry a guy who has signified interest to her who, a guy she doesnt love and who she says she will never get to love?
Option 2, Should she have a baby by any man willing to help her? At least, she will see someone to love (so she says)....
Option 3, Should she remain single for the rest of her life, no hubby, no kid(s).
I tired to tell her to wait for God's time, but she said that is not an option becos she has been trusting God and waiting for Him ever since she was ready to get married. I told her I dont have answers yet, I need to ask some people. So here I am again, I need help please. What do I tell her?

Hmmmmmmm! Does she really wants a guy in her life?I mean, any guy,just for her to be called a married woman? Really, that brings along a lot of consequences, a lot of complications which she should take in consideration! And the same for a child, wouldn't be that a little selfish? I mean to use a guy only for that,again complications!

Am very sure she doesn't know anything more than God. Let her know that God's thoughts are not her thoughts and God's ways are not are ways. As the heaven is higher than the earth so are God's thoughts and ways. And He's promised, he will give us our desires and expectations. Because she's passed 30 doesn't mean her end has come. We all have our times and when hers comes, not even the devil can stop it. Her despiration could make her do silly things, ending up with just anyone that comes along or getting pregnant because she desperately want someone she can love. Let her make good use of her spinsterhood because soon enough the right gy will show up. God is never late, He is always on time.
