One mistake the man made was allowing himself to have been snapped in the first place.....it wasn't as if he was the only one to have done this. if checked well enough, others are committing more heinous crimes; but it's only the person caught who is tagged criminal. And I believe this is enough to make him resign (the guy still has some morals). Snapped holding girls ur daughter's age? So sad!
