I want to design a 'VIRGINMETER'

we have thermometers for measuring the temperature of the body, but if a virginmeter is invented u can ui'm sure this will help to curtail the high rate of promiscuity in our society.

designing it is not an issue......na how to use it in testing 4 virginty go be d problem.......unless u want 2 make it wireless...lol
