I seriously doubt it's possible to quit any relationship without some degree of hurt on one or ether of the parties involved. Heck I've even found myself hurting for letting go of a girl I loved just cos it was time to let go.

The best way to quit is to tell the person U are quitting and if U respect the person at all, tell them why as honestly as possible then just cut communication. The flower U don't water will die naturally.
