A businessman, one Victor Omikunle was remanded in prison by Ikeja High Court in Lagos for allegedly defrauding FCMB bank of N12 million under false pretence.Omikunle was remanded in Kirikiri Maximum Security Prisons by Justice Olabisi Akinlade,

Omikunle was charged by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on a four-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and forgery who pleaded NOT GUILTY (Imagine)
