I agree with a lot of the comments, if you're in a nurturing relationship and yet you still feel an urge to flirt with someone else then do yourself and your partner a favor and not be in a relationship. Its selfish to have your cake and eat it too. But as a lot of us know it happens a lot.

Some flirtations are simple and harmless.  A special smile or and acknowledgement of another person's attractiveness are fine as long as it doesn't extend into salaciousness.  I may be married, but I'm not blind, deaf and dumb; on the other hand, I wouldn't heap on the flirtation because it could encourage the other party to assume my interest is more than simply complimentary.
