just turn around as if sum1 is behind u...........den close ur eyez as if u are in prayer and remember 1 basic thing dat u have been praying dat God will do for u (not sumtin u imagine to happen) ...........I mean wat really want God to do for u...........den exercise a minute of silence and assume u hear God talking to u and saying...........my child I have hear ur prayers and I have answered...............den say Amen
