The evil little terror is caught on camera – slapping, biting, kicking, choking, violently shaking and hitting toddlers in the face (all of whom were girls) in a video that has shocked many. Poor parenting at its worst. I think it's high time parents are issued licences before being allowed to have children, like we do with drivers' licences. prospective parents should undergo serious evaluation and assessments to check their ability to bear and raise children correctly. most of our problems as blacks even in Nigeria arise from poor parenting. they just shit out the children and do actively nurture them along the right path but leave them to their fate. the result, terror in our communities from wayward children. the worst is campus terrorism, murder, maiming, rape etc.

So you're saying it's the parents fault for putting their child in daycare? Some parents have a busy lifestyle and need daycare for their children. The parents didn't have anything to do with this. It was the daycare worker that left the children unattended with that 9 yr old which was wrong. Only God knows if he has some kinda mental problems cuz his mom said he takes medicine and has problems.

the parents of the 9 year old i meant. besides what is a 9 year old doing in a day care meant for babies? forget about God in this matter, we just have to take responsibility. if he has mental problems, clearly that problem is not well controlled. and mentally ill people who are unstable have no business amongst normal human beings, kid or not! but what he did is not an illness but an act of wickedness. imagine if it was your 2 year old daughter he was molesting. that 9 year old child is evil. imagine what he will do when he 19 years old.
