she is a wicked woman but that does not mean that the can or will be infected with the virus through Bosom  feeding,they should ask the parent of the baby if they have any problem with the woman be4 especially the father.and let the careless woman also take care of her child and people should stop sizing the opportunity that africa has a gud weather conditions to neglect or abandon the children and infants in the mercy or care of neighbours.

a  HIV infected mother can infect her child through Bosom feeding........so it is strongly recommended not to Bosom feed your child
