There are ways U can do that that will go down well with her. Putting on weight can be good atimes...
Start with a compliment to her on the development... Speak as indirectly as U can and keep it light. No criticisms.

Yeah but not like directly,personal experience,lol, which i think was smart coz i realised what he was doing and saying when he said,"baby i got us a membership @ fitness connection, u know i feel like av been careless and i just want to get back in shape and be healthy and i was hoping u'll help."  Now, there's nothing wrong with his shape but there was no way i could get upset or say no, so i get roped into going to the gym and actually working out.
