I Need Y'all to Advice

Am Demsy George, male 23, PHC, Nigeria.

Like to tell u something, i have a problem, and thats "LONELINESS" & "THINKING".
I always find myself lonely, thinking and sometimes it leads me to doing things i don't enjoy doing, its been a problem to me for a while now.
Just cant keep it to myself anymore, wish u can help me out.

My friend, i will suggest u try engage urself with something like PS games, if u cant have friends to hand out with and play football,, if u can get urself PS game.... b4 u know it u will no be doing that what u dont like doing.
