“To facilitate the payment, the state government through the ministry of CGC, since September 2016, has provided community adult registers for all autonomous communities in the state where the communities will enlist the names of at least 2000 leviable adults.”

Can he clearly explain why he made statues, while the state does not have 24 hours of electricity, what are the priorities of the government, is it to extort and oppress its people or is it to empower the people, the people are hardworking all they need is infrastructure, the people don't need free money, they don't need 100 or 1000 naire notes. The people know what is important, they don't want to remain under the manipulations of greedy politicians.
