Widow Cries Out As Bank Took Over Her Property After Paying N23M Out Of N25M Mortgage.

Access bank formally Diamond bank.

Hello my fellow Nigerians please repost and share on all social networks as much as u can, my husband died 2012 and left this property for me and my 3 children the property is a collateral for a mortgage he took before he died he took a loan of N25m from the Access bank Asa Afariogun st.

Ajao estate via airport road in 2010. after which he died in 2012 since then I started servicing this loan so far I have been paying to service the loan I have paid N23.5m aside from what my husband has paid before his demise not until 2019 i found out that the bank have sold the property and they sold for N40m which is below the value price, ordinary land in Ajao estate is worth N45m -N50m and the bank claims they sell a 3bedroom flat of 6 block 2storey building for N40M.

This is a fraud and a total cheating because this people see me as a widow and feel they can cheat me just like that, how do I go on with three kids after this wicked act Nigerians please help me repost and share even tag to the presidency until it will get to the hands that can help me and for people to know how dubious Access bank is.

That’s the true face of banks – they will do anything to get their money back. I hope this story got a good ending. She did the right thing because sometimes, the best way to make banks and other financial intorsions reconsider their decisionism is to make them public.
If they don’t appreciate people’s lives, they appreciate their reputation because that brings them money. I am glad there are better companies like Equity Release Harrogate that help me get a loan or a mortgage without involving banks. I don’t want to have anything to do with them anymore.
