that's in your religion's concept in which you compare the one you worship with man so whenever he's abused he should fight-back as men do.
in our religion (Islam), one of the reasons of legalising Jihad (the Holy-War) is to curb such acts from the likes of that girl who, don't learn to tolerate others and their doctrine; or do you expect Allah to descend from heaven for every dis-regard towards him.
As at now, i think the concerned Muslims are applying the best wisdom they could; it's left for the administration to co-operate and be just to avoid re-occurence and.....
i'm sure we all know the country we belong to, if justice is not done people will take the law in to their hands hence.....Thats not the meaning of Jihad please, its the kind of you that is allowing this kind of thing to happen. You are refering to Jihad as violence. JIHAD is an internal struggle to maintain faith, the struggle to improve the Muslim society and not fighting people or killing people. May Allah forgive you for making people to have very wrong impressions about Islam. Call her and ask her what she know about Jesus and you tell her what you know peacefully and not by saying things that suits your own thinking (this is an act of Jihad).
