In a video that has gone viral, Rivers state Gov. Wike has vowed that he will flog the hell out of ex-Niger Gov Babangida Aliyu who had blamed the DSS and the NDLEA for not taking the Rivers Gov through some drugs test.
Recall Wike has tagged former Niger Gov. Babangida Aliyu has liability to PDP and warned him not plunge the party into crisis.
