FG Declares Ex Naval Officer, Olawunmi Wanted Over anti-Buhari Interview on Channels TV

The Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) has declared a former Naval Officer, Navy Commodore Kunle Olawunmi following his interview on Channels TV.

He made statements castigating President Muhammadu Buhari in the explosive interview.

Olawunmi had alleged that some Boko Haram sponsors were still in the Buhari’s government and that nothing had been done to them.

He alleged that Buhari has a plan to turn Nigeria into an Islamic nation, adding that some governors and senators were among those sponsoring Boko Haram.



Olawunmi said:

“You remember this Boko Haram issue started in 2012 and I was in the military intelligence at that time. We arrested those people. My organisation actually conducted interrogation and they (suspects) mentioned names.

”I can’t come on air and start mentioning names of people that are presently in government that I know that the boys that we arrested mentioned. Some of them are governors now, some of them are in the Senate, some of them are in Aso Rock.

“Why should a government decide to cause this kind of embarrassment and insecurity to the sense of what happened yesterday (Tuesday attack on Nigerian Defence Academy)?”

The DIA has been quoted as saying it only invited Olawunmi to come to the agency to tell them who the sponsors of Boko Haram were.

Boko haram sponsors inviting a patriotic Nigerian to come and tell them who are the members of TERRORISTS GROUPS in Nigeria... Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Why not confess and call yourselves repentant TERRORISTS, and become Bandits, Fulani killer herdsmen, Kidnappers and Unknown gunmen.

Honestly i don't know what the Southerners are waiting for. The Northerners have in many ways shown us their wicked intentions. Why are we finding it difficult to cut these people off? Rather than agitating separately for ODUDUWA and BIAFRAN Republics let the whole South come together under one United southern protectorate.  Let's  do it and push these animals out of our lives. Please.

I can't believe the DIA is thinking in this direction.
Do they think we are clueless as citizens?
If he was in the DIA then definitely there should be a report.
Go to your archives and fish it out.
You don't need to have him in your office to get your information. Period
