Its no longer news that popular Port Harcourt big girl simply identified as Crystabel gave up the ghost during a plastic surgery procedure in Nigeria. We have now obtained new photos of the victim who lost her life while trying to get a bigger behind.

These goes to say, that all she's showing on this pictures are not natural but all surgically enhanced,  she may have gone in for a tone-up or check-up and didn't make it out alive....
