under 16 dating

what do you guys think about parents letting their children under 16 to the age of 13 date. is it ok or not?

This goes to show the level of moral decadence and bankruptcy in our society cos i just can't imagine what all these young kids know about relationships, love and most painfully sex. U hardly find fifteen years old virgins these days. This is indeed end time and may God save us

it mostly dosent av to do with parents especially if ur tukin about naija cuz even at 19 parents still dont want them to date,it has to do with the under 16 themselves.
