
Jide Fadipe, a 40-year-old man, has been apprehended by operatives of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) for allegedly vandalizing the roof of a public primary school.
According to Kehinde Adeleke, the public relations officer for the Osun State Command of the NSCDC, the suspect was arrested following a tip-off from residents of Ilesa, the location of the vandalized school.
He added;
“The suspect thereafter moved the vandalized roof sheets to his house and was caught while trying to sell it to scrap buyers.
“His act is against Section 451 of the Criminal Code Law Cap 34, Laws of Osun State, Nigeria, and would be made to face the full wrath of the law.”
