dont be suprissed that most of these people might just be caught from street, may went out to buy something or running for safety, u know our policemen. i was in kaduna. throughout. police cant face them, talking of arresting them(groups of almost four hundred moving/rioting protesting at once) police are facing them "one leg 4wd two legs backward"
