28 Million Nigerian Muslims Are Waiting For Islamic banking (Page 7)

Good and fine. 28 million Nigerians are waiting for Islamic banking now. tomorrow after it has been granted then another Thirty million Nigerians will be waiting for sharia Law to make there 5 times a day prayers acceptable to God...?  Lamido, for God sake did you study the art of Religious war with the Economics in school? Our currency is highly depreciated and the average per capital income is diminishing. Our Stock exchange market has collapsed and all you can do is to initiate another problem? let me be the first to tell you this, when the reaction begins, you'll be the first to go.

Islamic banking would ve been well appreciated and welcome if only the Muslim community in the country has been very tolerant of other religion. Although i have no doubt whatsoever that such policy would work perfectly in the southern part of the country where the Muslim brothers and sisters re better informed and very tolerant, but the same cannot be said of the northern Muslim community.

However it would ve been great in the sense that it would generate lots of employment opportunities to lots of unemployed Muslim youths across the country. And so if the other religious groups also wish to have their own system, then it 'll even further enhances the opportunities of creating more jobs and consequently reduce the high level of unemployment that's currently threatening to pull down the country to her knees, so long they (the banks) can meet all the requirements.

I don't see it as a bad idea in any way. but the national orientation agency in this country ve got to be up and doing..  they ought to ve realize that they have a responsibility to the people, u know?  to enlighten the public on issues like these.

Nigeria as a nation was made on the bases of Christian value in so many ways,Sundays holidays,Saturdays holidays,all hospitals symbol cross,etc. In so many other ways numerous to mention here indicates that British favored Christians. Now thta there is democracy why don't wan't Muslims to take their rightful place in the country even if we have only 40 million Muslims in Nigeria? Don't be selfish i know Christianity does not teach you to be self centered or did it?

It not good to be a local champion,the system of banking is being practice in USA,UK,and so many western countries if terrorist funding is being done in them is wouldn't be given the chance there,be as it may you just want Nigerians to continue to be under the slavery of your interest banks.For your information Islamic banks will not loan you money so that you can built a beer palour so i can see why you are afraid. We dont want to borrow 20k and pay 80k because it the Christian way of banking even when they were ask by the Bible not to take interest money in Naija they say we like am weather good or bad God no be your business. You are making me sick,wake up!!!
