i think yes and no
yes in the sence that the husband is undersatanding man and being her husband. the bible says they were both naked and were not ashame
and no if the husband is not an ubderstanding man. there are things a woman just need not to say  to the husband if it will make her lose her home. most especially if the husband is not the understandable type
but all the same it is better she dont hide anything from the man cos for him to know later from a different source wil be trouble
