OYEDEPO WINS HIS N2 BILLION "SLAP A WINCH" FOR CHRISTS' SAKE SUIT

Flamboyant rich Nigerian Pastor Bishop David Oyedepo of the winners chapel has been declared winner of the "Slap a winch" for Christ case in Ogun state. Justice Ojo struck out the case, saying the application lacked merit on many grounds. He awarded a N20,000 cost against the applicant.

He said the girl, who was allegedly slapped, remained a ghost victim and that the applicant failed to prove that he attended the service where the girl was allegedly slapped.

“There is nothing to show in the application that ‘Miss Justice’ is a living and existing person entitled to claim under the provisions of the 1999 Constitution,” Mr. Adesina, counsel to Bishop Oyedepo said.

“We humbly submit that ‘Miss Justice’ is a fictitious person, not capable of being represented in court".


A case of an elephant and an ant. A jury meant to decide who was right and who was wrong turned the case around to seeking whether or not the aligation was true. It may not be a wrong step, however it painful seeing the length teachers of the Holy Bible [the word of truth and power] and preacher of the standards of Christ -the standard of truth- would go with lies just to protect their names thereby painting the image of the God they claime to serve.

imagine, we all know he slapped the girl. He knows he did it and is now boasting!! But he won the case cos the girl was too scared to come out herself and he won on grounds that she does not exist!! Is this your God's handwork? to deprive the poor girl of true justice??

She was right to not make herself public as I can see your type will surely vilify her!!  ::)kmt!!
