You should talk to your Dad and the Maid separately. Tell the Maid that if she should do such thing next time that you will tell your Mum.  However, for the sake of the continuity of the marriage, you should not tell your Mum because the negative reaction from her may affect even you and can lead to separation, which I am sure is not what you bargained.

No,never!,Don't tell your mother,you are matured enough to contol the situation,Just call your dad to order,tell him to send the maid packing,don't allow your mum to know what's app.

Tell your mum and also let your dad know that you saw him making love to the maid, tell the maid to leave because you saw her with your dad making love.
