Possibly Ur body isnt ready and neither is Ur mind. Give it time and when Ur "mature" enuf U'll relax enuf to welcome it wholly. Just make sure U get with the one that loves U. Chances are he'l be more sensitive to Ur responses. better yet get him to marry U first... Trust me there are too many reasons why it pays to do it right.
