There are reasons not to believe this story. One; Niger Republic is a poor country and their officers are corrupt, so it's strange that they did not collect bribe and conceal the deal. Two: it's only a moron that can sneak out that kind of money is that way; he would have hired different people and divided the money or travel many times with smaller amounts. Three; this kind of news would have made headlines all over the world if it is true. In conclusion, I believe its's FAKE NEWS!!!!
