 biologically, wearing panties, especially during the summer... well I know it's always hot almost every month... could lower your sperm count because of the heat and hotness around the scrotum... It kills sperm cells. On the other hand, with Boxers, your pipe and sack doesn't have to suffer as much intensity of hotness and sweat as when you wear panties.
