Delta Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa Looses His Appointees, Joyce Overah To Cold Hands Of Death

Delta State Governor, Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa, has lost one of his appointees, Hon. Joyce Overah to the cold hands of death.

The deceased was the member representing the people of Okpe and Sapele in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Developments Commission’s Board, DESOPADEC.

The Sapele Local Government Chairman, Hon. Eugene Inoaghan, confirmed the death of the former member of the House of Representatives today.

He said the death of the he former lawmaker who represented Okpe, Sapele, Uvwie Federal Constituency, is shocking to him.

According to the Council boss, Hon. Joyce Overah will be greatly missed by the People’s Democratic Party members in the State.
