Ok - what is wrong in marrying a relative?

anytime i ask my friends - they just disagree and say its wrong to marry someone from your family - but no prove - i'd like to know what the problem is -  do you beleive its wrong for someone to marry his neiece? ..... do you know any law that forbids it?

if u ask me, i think is totally wrong, we are black and there are some many thing that is wrong, we belive that your Neice is also you Daughter, so Dguy, we are African, so let respect the nature of africa, as far as i am concern, it is wrong, if u are thinking of it, please dont do it. abi u done see your neice wey dey sexy?.......lol

well i just wanted to know what you guys think - so far from your responses, theres nothing that forbids it, so its probably right - am not planning to marry in the next guess years so it doesnt really apply to me yet --- but khadijah - nice one - i strongly encourage you to date your cousin if u like him .... its all about the love i think...
