that is what causes problems in most remlationships because if u wait until ur marital vows are said before removing lies from ur relationships , how many of the old ones will u be able to remove and how sure are u that the lies will not repeat themselves even in marriage ?

Since human beings are not perfect and are bound to lie, a guiding principle should be to weigh the consequences of discovery and expectant result of lying. If the consequences outweigh the expectant results, then avoid lies!
Biblically, it is condemned in very strong terms YOUR YES SHOULD BE YES AND YOU NO SHOULD BE NO!
