Hmm! Som guy here even amuse me self! Who is not a prostitute? Do u knw 95 percent of HIV/AIDS is street gals! If we are 2 talk about those gals dat mentain their selves, is prstituts. It's better to tell him, than for him to learn from another.  Whether he stays is his choice, but do not think to hide something like this, it will always come back to bite you later and at that time you will have much more to lose.  Do it now while there are no children, families, and a deeper commitment  involved.
