We have really heard this many times without a follow-up but considering what travellersexperience on our roads daily, one would still advocate for check points in some areas. Without mincing words, we all know that some of the Policemen are worse than the criminals they claim to be guarding us against. All the same, Na God sha.

But there shd be something else in its place more sensible and more practicable , more realistic targeting societal misfits only .  The law enforcement agents can work this out the modality somehow .
Things like drink driving ,  no safety belts ,smoking and driving , texting and driving  should carry reasonable  penalties such as demerit points on your licence.  We need to put some sanity back on the roads
