MY wife and I have been married for 18 months now but she still hasn't got pregnant. I am worried that it is because my penis is too small. I am 28 and from India and it is very important in our culture to have children. We don't know why my wife is not getting pregnant. She is 23. I wonder if it is because my penis is too small, so the sperms fail to get inside. When we have sex a lot seem to come straight back out again. What makes it worse is that I climax very quickly - after just 10 seconds. My wife keeps saying I am no good at sex, which is very shaming for me. She doesn't seem to get enough sensation to reach orgasm and is complaining she isn't satisfied. We have seen a gynaecologist who said there is nothing wrong with us physically and my sperm count is OK. She advised us to have sex a particular time, but nothing has worked so far.

some people are married for five years before getting children , try to advice her not to go through any stress cos when u have a stressful environment or go through stress its hard to concieve, and after sex let her cross her two legs up for as long as possible so the sperm can find its way inside the womb, thats all i know
