Some commentators here never ceased to amuse me with their unsubstantiated claims of having been born again at sometime but defected to whatever faith they now follow; when they discoveed that christianity is a fake religion.It's very laughable that their conception and presentation of born againism is not in anyway different order than from a religious standpoint.

Also,others have spoken about attrocities and heineous crimes committed by Israelites against other tribes on their way to the promised land.In the first instance,who made the law and for whom was it made? What was the position of the Iraelites before God during the time that was frequently referred and reviewed by most critics of the christian God in this forum? Let me pause awhile and let us all dwell on this for now.

"I will come back later" can simply and rightly too fit into your conception of the statement. However,Jesus after making that statement did also said that he would not leave christians comfortless remember? The statement you referred to is contained in John 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. Jesus went further in verses 16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

Also,Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. He(Jesus) is the express image of the Father John 14:7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.Jesus is still here with us.
