160 euro for police character report

Could you believe we are paying 160 euro for police report here in Spain plus additional 10 euro to the Nigeria union making the total of 170 euro. i do not know if this is happening to Nigerians in other part of the world.

is this normal?

i dont know why our Government is bent on fustrating us.
