Gen. 1:27  -  So God created man in HIS own image, in the image of God HE created him; male and female created HE them.
God made them equal spiritually before the physical manifestation.

GEN 1:1-31 WAS A SUMMARY OF ALL CREATIONS.  IN THE LATER CHAPTERS, HE ANALYSED THEM WITH SOME SIDE HISTORIES. EVEN B4 WOMAN WAS CREATED, MAN HAD NAMED ALL ANIMALS THAT WERE BROUGHT B4 HIM (GEN 2:19-20) HE EVEN NAMED HIS RIB WOMAN vs 21-23. Read Eph 5:23
