What d hell is wrong with our system and our govts insensitivity to d plight of teachers. It is disheartening to note that those u av played tremendous role in d moulding of today's leader and prospective leaders of tomorrow are being neglected and treated like a nonentity, the role of teachers in the economic development of a country can not b down played as they contribute to d moral, academic and social development a child as parents can not do it alone.Teachers should be well enumerated finacially, conducive academic enviroment should be provided and also equiped for them to be able to carry out their resposibilities efficiently and effectively as dis will boost their morals and dedication to duty.
How much are they agitating for?can dis be compared to d billions and naira either misappropriated or embezzled by our "elected" govt officials whose children school abroad?maybe that's why they're insensitive.Govt should as a matter of urgency come to the plight of the teachers as we can not afford the cost  of breeding anoda set of social miscreants and too many unwanted pregnancies as a result of idle children staying at home and roaming the streets with little or no supervision from thier parents who would have been off to thier various duty post and leaving the childen vulnerable for easy prey! Naijapaliamentarians over to u.
