General Overseer of Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet Temitope Joshua has said he was not a prophet of doom.
He told hundreds of couples who participated in this year's fruit of the womb service he organised for childless couples recently to believe that their barrenness was over.
Joshua also handed over a mantle (fabric material) to the participants and advised them to touch it once and pass it to the next person, saying it was in line with what Paul did in the Acts of Apostles where every one that touched his apron was made whole. He threw his mantle to the audience and said: "This is the mantle, the apron that Paul used, if you touch it, pass it round. If this apron spends more than a second in your hand, you have sinned, just touch it and pass it on. If you touch it twice, it will no longer be the apron you read about", he said.
Joshua told the participants who came to the programme, within and outside Nigeria, that they were close to the result they were searching for, stressing that it was a new dawn for them.
At a point, he climbed the altar, wiping the tables, bibles and other items around the sanctuary after which he wiped his face with the same 'mantle' before handing it over to the people to touch and pass round. Some of the worshippers, mostly women fell and rolled on the floor after touching the 'mantle' as many others shook violently on making contact with the fabric. Relevant Links
"Who is here that don't believe that his problems cannot be solved. Do you think that I am a prophet of doom? What you read in the Bible is nothing but the truth, anybody that touched the apron of Paul was delivered. Your body is not the temple of fibroid but it is the temple of the Holy Spirit. You are free now, if you are pressed go to the toilet and deliver your sickness," he said.
However, the sanitation department of the church had a hectic time during the service cleaning up blood and other substances that many women expelled from their bodies.
Many testified also that they have been delivered of their afflictions by mere touch of the 'mantle'.
Meanwhile the main auditorium of the church was filled to capacity with the crowd spreading through the emergency section into the street during the service.
Thou shall not judge , but , this man should stop fulling the weaker innocent people.Barrenest is not cause by God but by certain malfunction of the body system either from the man or woman which sometimes ,can be rectified with medical treatment.T B JOSHUA propaganda of healing power is enough. If he really want to help these people , let he send them for medical check up and support it with money for the hospital bills and let the result speak.Mr Yaradua is on sick bed and all are calling for prayers, while cant'' he dis play his healing power now on him so that the world will take him for what he assumed to be?
