MOST PEOPLE GET MARRIED TO EACH OTHER AFTER 2-6 MONTHS OF COURTSHIP LATER DISCOVERS THAT WHAT THEY HAVE FOR EACH OTHERWAS NOT LOVE. WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE THE ONE?

Nice thread sister, it's sadden seeing/hearing such thing. This kind of prob. is likely to arise more from a short time courtship, that's why had like having nothing less than three good years of courtship with my babes before going to the alter. Would have known in and out about ourselves, our weak points and see maybe we could endure it for one another. I pray am not going to fall into this kinda thing, cuz it's better I never get married than been into this kind of shit.

its not falling in love is overdefining love...love is a simple thing but people make it seem like a fantasy and when they dont realize that they never find that happiness

TWO YEARS MINIMUM! Don't deceive yourselves thinking it's love. Discuss everything, all possible aspects of the realtionship! Do we do that? Nooooo! That's why we be breaking up and divorcing all over the place. We need to stop that mess!

discussing all aspects doent mean you will come to a conclusion...and neither doesnt guarantee your love for each other..you dont expect to be with somone for a period of time without having problems...i do have a few ins with my family so why not some1 else...it all depends on individuals ability to work things out..

One need to be patient and tolerance in life in order to enjoy the marriage.It doesn't means if you hav long courtship or not. But if it happen then u should decide then

3 2 10 years of courtship dnt matter. most of the marital probs we av is due to our non-challant attitude. u8 overlook everything. a guy that slaps u durin courtship wil do worst after marriage but we say hes apologised. u want to get a man by al means, u out 4 looks and riches. the truf is dat durin courtship, ure new to each oda, no matter ow long it goes. the lady wants to impress the man likewise the man but durin marriage, some of us feel we r fine, hes now ours. some of our man never see d real us and theyb fall inlove wif the makeup, wat happens when the makeup is out. the secret of a good marriage is being disciplined and havin the heart of forgiveness. there is nofin like infatuated marriage, there was never a marriage in the first place coz the vows meant nofin to them.

That's true that you won't agree on all the points, but then at least you know whether it's those points on which you can't compromise. You need to find out the facts... some people don't, and those make for nasty surprises when they are married.
