Ghana might just be on the brink of falling out of the AFCON 2019 competition at the group stages after they have failed to win any game at the on going competition.  Defending champions Cameroon remain top of Group F after a goalless draw with Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations.

BETTING:
Cameroon are the defending AFCON champions and they are expected to perform very well in the current competition owing to their continuous development since their last successfully outing, they have introduced Clement Seedorf as the head coach and infused loads of fresh talent into their squad. The Ghanaina team has unfortunately not witness much progression since their last AFCON outing, they are still feilding same group of players managed by their usual coach, however, this old lady might still have some nasty tricks off their sleeve. GAME PLAY
Ghana started better in a first half of few chances in Ismailia, with defender Kasim Nuhu shooting over following a corner before Christian Atsu sent a long-range strike just wide, but the Newcastle winger was injured in the process and replaced by Samuel Owusu, who then dragged a shot well wide.

Ghana had another chance to beat Cameroon for the first time in five attempts at the Cup of Nations, but a shot from Andrew Viadom lacked power and Andre Onana saved comfortably.

Cameroon almost broke the deadlock five minutes before half-time after Ghana's Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman was caught in possession by Bassogog just inside his own half.

Bassogog, who was named player of the tournament in 2017, played the ball down the right for Karl Toko Ekambi before racing on to his cut-back, but goalkeeper Ofori leapt across his goal to make a fine save.

Cameroon made four changes and Ghana three after their first group matches with the trophy-holders seeking a victory that would clinch qualification for the second round.

Ghana's Mubarak Wakaso twice fired wide after the interval while Bassogog's goal-bound volley struck Jonathan Mensah on his chest.

And Ghana almost won it as Kwabena fired against the top of the crossbar after cutting out a poor pass by Cameroon defender Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik, while Reading full-back Yiadom had a shot saved by Ofori.
