The Deputy Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Tela who was tested positive for COVID-19 some days ago, has recovered from the disease.
The Executive Chairman, Bauchi State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (BASPHCDA), Rilwanu Mohammed, disclosed the deputy governor’s recovery at a press briefing in Abuja today June 10.
He said;

“His Excellency the deputy governor of Bauchi state, nine days ago was in isolation because he was infected. However, we thank God that after another test, he is now negative and he has been discharged,”
